Baseball Coach / Instructor
GamePrep Baseball Academy
GamePrep Baseball Academy is looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and energetic baseball coach/instructor to join our staff. This role is ideal for someone who loves developing players, building confidence, and helping athletes reach their baseball goals both on and off the field.
Responsibilities:
• Coach team practices during the week
• Coach games and tournaments on weekends
• Instruct skill training classes (hitting, pitching, defense, throwing, etc.)
• Provide individual and small-group lessons
• Create a positive, high-energy learning environment
• Communicate effectively with players, families, and staff
• Serve as a positive role model and mentor for athletes
Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of baseball fundamentals and player development
• Experience coaching or playing baseball (youth, high school, college, or beyond preferred)
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a growth-minded approach to coaching
• Ability to connect with players of varying ages and skill levels
• Reliable, professional, and willing to work weekdays and weekends
• Passion for helping players improve and reach their goals
