• Anamana 100 is our creator incubator, where forward-thinking creators pitch us their micro-serial story concepts to be financed, produced, and distributed. Creators bring their stories, creativity, and talent; we provide the production, distribution, and business infrastructure to reach, engage, and monetize audiences.
• Anamana Studio is our agentic AI production platform, where creators input their story scripts and have our technology stack break it down into the visual assets and cinematography beats to render media products ready for distribution. Commercial availability to independent creators launches in 2026 Q3, with early and free access (no upfront compute costs) for Anamana 100 incubated creators right now.
• Anamana is our proprietary app and distribution channel releasing worldwide this month (June 2026) — the default platform for Anamana 100 incubated creators to reach and build their audience, alongside distribution opportunities to third-party services like YouTube or TikTok.

The Role

You're the primary point of contact between Anamana and creators worldwide, playing a key role in our mission to foster the first generation of AI-native visual storytellers.

Whether through our Anamana 100 creator incubator or creator commercial partnerships, you identify where interests overlap and opportunities exist for mutually-beneficial collaboration.

With that identification comes strategic judgement and the hands-on execution of crafting, delivering, and scaling communications and engagement with creator and industry audiences.

What You’ll Do

• Creator Outreach & Engagement: Reach, engage, and convert potential traditional visual storytellers (filmmakers, animators, writers) looking to leverage AI, as well as emerging AI-first digital creators, to avail themselves of our incubator, production solutions, and distribution options, online and offline.
• Creator Management & Operations: Onboard, track, and drive incubated creators through production phases. Serve as the operational lifecycle manager to ensure projects hit deadlines and maximize positive long-term relationships.
• Brand & Creator Marketing: Drive and support marketing campaigns, case studies, and PR activities that highlight our incubated/partnered creators and showcase the capabilities of Anamana Studio.
• Local Ecosystem Representation: Act as the primary local face of Anamana; coordinate and support executive-level regional visits, creator meetups, and industry event presence.

What You Bring

• 4-7 years of professional experience in a relevant marketing, public relations, or relationship management role. This is a mid-to-senior level role.
• English fluency, both written and verbal, for effective interpersonal and professional communications.
• Business fluency in additional languages is a plus, as our creator ecosystem is global. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong asset to facilitate smooth collaboration with our global product and engineering teams.
• Comfort and deep curiosity with technology, both our own platform and the broader generative AI and media production landscape.
• Strong entrepreneurial ownership and self-initiative — capable of driving daily productivity and hitting targets when working remotely without direct supervision.

What We Offer

• $80,000-120,000 base salary based on qualifications and experience.
• Performance-driven variable bonus structure tied to clear ecosystem milestones (e.g., creator onboarding velocity, active platform retention, or successful project completions within the Anamana 100 incubator).
