Job Overview:
GameDay Men's Health is hiring a CERTIFIED Medical Assistant / Office Associate for its Brand New Clinic in Twin Falls, ID. GameDay is revolutionizing the way men get effective treatment. We have hundreds of patients who receive testosterone replacement therapy and other men's services throughout our many locations. Clinical Responsibilities (70%):
- Perform patient intake, including vitals and medical history
- Phlebotomy (blood draws)
- Assist with in-house lab work
- Support providers during exams and with clinical documentation
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical cleanliness and readiness
Administrative Responsibilities (30%):
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage scheduling, phones, and patient communications
- Occasional Social Media posts, prize giveaways
- Basic billing support
- Maintain organized electronic health records and documentation
- Ensure the front office is clean, stocked, and running smoothly
- Coordinate with third parties, including pharmacies, to ensure a seamless patient experience
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant certification
- Phlebotomy experience required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong technology and communication skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong patient-first attitude
- No current or pending malpractice lawsuits.
Schedule: 3 days a week 8am-5pm 24hrs per week with opportunity to grow to full time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
