Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Director at Gameday Men's Health in Tyler, TX. The Clinic Director (APC, either NP or PA) will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, manage staff, and ensure high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include implementing treatment programs, direct patient care, coordinating appointments, and maintaining a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
Great people skills focused on concierge cash pay only practice with exceptional bedside manner and great customer satisfaction skills. Solid core knowledge in basic Family Medicine, Hormonal health, comfortable managing men sexual dysfunction, knowledge on Vitamin therapies and peptides, basic MSK and
- Medicine and Healthcare knowledge
- Experience in clinic management
- Great Time management and prioritization of task
- Proper and efficient usage of EMRs
- Orthopedics knowledge targeting overuse MSK issues that can be treated with Acoustic Shockwave therapy.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Excellent customer care skills
- Knowledgeable about verbal and non verbal communication skills and high EQ.
- Previous experience in men's health or hormone therapy is a plus
