Clinic Director (NP/PA) - Gameday Men's Health

Gameday Men’s Health is seeking a Clinic Director to lead our New York locations. This is a senior clinical leadership role for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is ready to take ownership of patient care, team culture, and clinic performance in a modern, fast-growing men’s health practice.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both clinical excellence and leadership, and who wants to help build a business — not just work shifts.

Compensation & Upside

Base compensation is $70–$75/hour, plus a structured performance plan. There is also a defined leadership track toward multi-location operational leadership / General Manager responsibilities for the right person.

(Total compensation range is performance-based and dependent on clinic growth and profitability.)

Locations: West Nyack White Plains, NY (on-site)
Schedule: Full-time (weekday business hours)

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the clinical leader across our locations
• Conduct consults, evaluate patients, interpret labs, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up care
• Provide high-quality care in testosterone optimization, men’s health, and related therapies
• Lead, mentor, and support clinical staff; set expectations and drive accountability
• Partner with ownership to improve patient experience, conversion, retention, and operational execution
• Oversee compliance, clinical quality, and best practices
• Play a key role in shaping and scaling the clinics as we expand

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New York
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, ER, urology, endocrinology, hormone optimization, aesthetics, or men’s health is a plus
• Strong communicator who can confidently recommend care plans in a self-pay environment
• Natural leader who can run huddles, coach staff, and drive consistent execution
• Entrepreneurial, accountable, and motivated by growth
