GameDay Men’s Health is seeking a confident, patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our expanding Connecticut team. **We can hire either someone to work every Wednesday in Stamford or every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in either Stamford or Westport**.

This is not traditional healthcare. At GameDay, we don’t treat illness--we help men optimize their energy, confidence, and longevity through proactive medicine, including testosterone therapy, peptide treatments, weight management and erectile health.

Your Role

As our LPN, you will be the hands-on clinical anchor of the team, the one who sets the tone for an exceptional patient experience. Pay at $32-$36 per hour PLUS financial participation in the success of the clinic once we reach minimum patient thresholds.

Core responsibilities include:

• Performing phlebotomy and therapeutic blood draws
• Administering testosterone, vitamin and peptide injections
• Conducting shockwave therapy for ED and musculoskeletal treatments
• Recording vitals and maintaining accurate records in EMR
• Managing lab certification, results and ensuring full chart documentation
• Assisting the medical provider with patient care. Lead with personality and get to know our patients.
• Greeting every patient with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm
• Supporting practice operations, including scheduling, patient communication, and recordkeeping
  

Who You Are

• A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Skilled in phlebotomy and injections
• Personable, reliable, and passionate about men’s health and performance optimization
• Experienced in a clinical or medspa environment (urology, family medicine, endocrinology or aesthetics a plus)
• Comfortable working under the supervision of a licensed medical provider
• Organized, detail-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, patient-centric setting
