Position Overview
We are seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a true as-needed basis.
This role is ideal for a stay-at-home parent, semi-retired nurse, or anyone looking for maximum flexibility without committing to a fixed schedule.
You will step in to support clinic operations during:
- PTO or schedule gaps
- Higher patient volume days
- Occasional coverage needs

Responsibilities
- Perform blood draws (venipuncture)
- Administer injections (IM/SubQ)
- Assist with patient follow-ups and basic clinical care
- Support providers during clinic operations
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
- Ensure a high-quality patient experience
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Ohio
- Experience with phlebotomy and injections required
- Strong communication and patient interaction skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible schedule
- Outpatient or wellness experience is a plus (but not required)
Schedule
- PRN / As-Needed Only
- No guaranteed hours
- Typically weekday daytime coverage
- Advance notice provided whenever possible
Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate ($22.50 - $32.00 based on experience)
