Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Certified Medical Assistant to join our pioneering health program at our Fort Collins, CO clinic. This role is perfect for individuals who are committed to patient care and thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Note: This job will be 4 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday).

Primary Responsibilities as needed:

- Greeting patients

- Scheduling appointments

- Managing payments

- Front desk duties (answering phones, keeping lobby clean, etc)

- Organizing office/supplies

Secondary Responsibilities as needed:

- Phlebotomy (blood draws) of patients

- Injections (Testosterone, Gonadorelin, B12 and other vitamins)

- Administering erectile dysfunction treatments (i.e. Shockwave Therapy and PRP Prep)

- Checking patient vitals and recording in EMR

- Ensuring all lab results are input into patient charts

- Assisting medical providers with patient care (specifically the Lead MA)

- Assisting in lab operations

- Maintaining accurate records in EMR and adhering to all HIPAA Protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited medical assistant training program.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Experience in a related field, such as medspas, urology, family practice, lab, .
• Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient with computers and electronic health record systems.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Committed to upholding patient confidentiality.
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
