Role Description The Event Marketing Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, promoting, and executing sports hospitality events and related marketing campaigns. This role includes developing event marketing strategies, coordinating event calendars, and managing promotional activities across digital channels and partner networks. The Event Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to organize pre-game and post-event parties, tailgate experiences, trade show activations, and hospitality packages. Daily responsibilities involve overseeing event logistics, monitoring budgets and timelines, tracking campaign performance, and supporting sales efforts with targeted marketing materials. The role also requires maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new event opportunities, and ensuring all events reflect the brand’s quality standards and customer experience goals.
Qualifications
- Experience with Event Marketing and Event Planning, including developing and executing event promotion strategies.
- Proficiency in Event Management and Trade Shows, with the ability to coordinate logistics, vendors, and onsite operations.
- Background in Sales related to events or hospitality, with skills in lead generation, client outreach, and upselling event packages.
- Strong project management, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear event briefs and client-facing materials.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, with proven ability to collaborate virtually and work independently toward deadlines.
- Knowledge of sports, entertainment, or hospitality industries is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
