Position Overview
The Ticket Sales team is primarily responsible for selling season, partial and group ticket packages. The Account Executive should be a self-motivated and positive professional, and will work under the guidance of the Vice President of Ticket Sales. Work hours include non-traditional hours including weekends, events and game days.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively sell a full menu of ticket packages, including premium, full seasons, partial plans, and groups. Make daily phone calls and send emails to prospective ticket buyers. Offer assistance by answering questions and selecting seat locations.
- Deliver premier customer service to clients regarding ticket and ticket-related activities. Using sound judgement, assist customers with choosing appropriate ticket packages and bundles to ensure customer needs are met and that they are satisfied with their chosen selections. Sale quantities may be at the discretion of the account executive but are required to adhere to the by-laws of the Gamecock Club.
- Work leads assigned by their supervisor. Generate leads outside of the office setting during gamedays as well as at University new student orientations. Attend tour events, travelling to various cities 6 times per year. Through lead generation and closing deals, work towards quarterly sales goals which determines bonuses.
- Diligent documentation of activities on CRM platform.
- Adhere to NCAA and SEC rules and regulations, perform special projects as needed.

Position is based in person at the Gamecock Club, on University of South Carolina Campus, 1304 Heyward Street, Columbia, SC 29208.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree and 1 or more years of experience, which may be substituted with an equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience. Prefer some experience in collegiate athletics.
Salary : $39,000 - $40,000
