As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for a Head Personal Trainer to lead GameChanger Fitness Short Hills.

About the Role:

• This is an hourly role with 25-35 weekly hours expected.
• You are essentially the face of our Short Hills studio as you will be the coach they see the most!
• Starting availability will be Monday-Saturday.

What You’ll Do:

• Coach small group personal training sessions with professionalism, energy, and attention to detail.
• Deliver world-class coaching following the GameChanger system while building rapport and relationships with members.
• Step into our Short Hills studio and uphold the standard of coaching excellence our members expect.
• Be a reliable support to the Short Hills members, helping ensure a smooth, consistent member experience at all times.

What You Bring:

• A nationally recognized certification (CFSC, NASM, ACSM, ACE, CSCS, etc.).
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• A passion for coaching and helping adults 40 build strength, confidence, and consistency.
• Professionalism, adaptability, and a strong desire to grow within a high-performing team.

Compensation:

• Hourly.
