We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers.
Duties:
Greet customers and offer assistance in product selection
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
Utilize technical sales knowledge to recommend products based on customer needs
Process transactions accurately using cash registers or Point of Sale (POS) systems
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers
Skills:
Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus
Experience in retail sales, particularly in electronics sales
Ability to conduct product demos effectively
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Knowledge of POS systems for transaction processing
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive sales
Video game knowledge is a must.
Basic counting skills and alphabetization
Pay: From $9.50 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 25.0 per week
