Sales Associate Position

Key Responsibilities

Sale Associate’s focus on helping our customers and team in the following areas:

• Assisting customers to have a great shopping experience through excellent customer service by a friendly and knowledgeable staff.
• Product prep is done to ensure customers receive quality products by; testing & cleaning trade-in’s, pricing product, and stocking product.
• Store maintenance is handled by stocking and straightening the store and helping to maintain a clean, organized store environment for our customers to shop.
• Multitasking is often required when handling projects between customer service.
• Along with maintaining the largest selection in the county, we have a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Qualified Sales Associate candidates will possess the following:

• A proactive self-starter with the ability to work well independently or in a team environment.
• Having a positive & helpful attitude toward customers, co-workers, as well as job duties.
• Someone who possesses integrity by doing the right thing even if no one is looking.
• Being reliable, responsible, and dependable in fulfilling daily tasks.
• Having strong social skills and work well with customers and co-workers to promote a positive environment for all.
• Must have the ability to complete assigned tasks and possess a willingness to exert effort toward mastering work duties.
• Possesses general video game knowledge to be effective for customer service or be able to research the information quickly for them.
• Work History: Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.

Management Position

Key Responsibilities

In addition to Sale Associate responsibilities, additional responsibilities include:

• Has the ability to lead a team in a professional, productive, and positive manner to promote an enjoyable work environment and shopping experience while providing guidance when needed.
• Having a strong understanding of company policy and have the ability to enforce policy with employees or customers in a professional manner.
• Ability to identify, coordinate, and follow through on job duties to completion in a timely manner.
• Must possess the drive to accurately and consistently complete tasks in a timely manner to demonstrate a positive example for others.

Job Requirements

In addition to Sale Associate requirements, additional requirements include:

• Must show initiative to identify and be able to react positively and accurately when problems or situations arise, whether related to customers, employees, or store maintenance.
• Handling day-to-day operations while following policy.
• Maintaining store security through proper open/closing procedures.
• Cash handling for verifying accurate drawer counts and deposits.
• Work History: Management experience required.
• Updating and maintaining our social media content in a time efficient manner while maintaining a strong level of quality.
• Using a high degree of focus while handling detail oriented work related to uploading new online content so that it is accurate.
• Using creativity to connect with our customers online.

Job Requirements

In addition to Sale Associate requirements, additional requirements include:

• Has the ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a quality of work.
• Strong knowledge of maintaining and implementing changes to an e-commerce website and can follow order processing procedures.
• Having a strong understanding of the processes for maintaining a strong online presence and how to keep our customers engaged through effective social media management .
• Work History: Social media and website management experience preferred.
