About the Role
Uncapped commission, a fast-growing Florida market, and the freedom to run your own territory — top-performing reps earn $70,000 a year doing it.
The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Southwest Florida. You'll identify and pursue new venue partners, present Game Time Florida's equipment and services, and close sales that align with each customer's needs and business goals.
Day-to-day, you'll:
- Prospect and qualify leads, building and managing your own pipeline
- Schedule and conduct in-person sales meetings with venue owners and operators
- Deliver tailored sales presentations and prepare proposals and agreements
- Regularly visit bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues across your territory
- Build long-term relationships and stay on top of consistent follow-up
Qualifications
- Strong sales presentation and new business development skills, with the ability to generate leads and secure new venue partnerships
- Relationship-building and customer service skills to maintain long-term accounts and ensure partner satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and internal collaboration
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or hospitality/entertainment sales preferred
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage a territory, and meet or exceed sales targets
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally to visit clients and prospects
- Comfort with basic technology tools (CRM systems, email, presentation software) and data-driven follow-up
- High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
Compensation & Structure
- 100% commission-only with uncapped earning potential
- Commission payout: $200 to $1,000 per approved sale, depending on the machine and equipment mix
- Expected earnings: Full-time effort typically yields $60,000–$90,000 annually based on performance
- Payment terms: Paid as a one-time lump sum 60 days after a new account is approved and equipment is landed
- Tax reporting: Contractors receive a Form 1099-NEC at year-end; no base salary, benefits, or hourly guarantees are provided
