Location: Chandler, AZ 1st Shift (9/80A), Travel 10%

End Product: Mechanical designs and test programs for missile systems.

Job Duties:
- Perform mechanical analysis and CAD design for missile systems
- Develop and manage test programs for materials and components.
- Document and communicate test results to stakeholders.
- Adapt heritage designs to improve current projects
- Collaborate on engineering design and development activities.
- Fabricate test articles and manage associated documentation.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's in STEM with 2 years of engineering experience or Master's in STEM with 1 year of experience
- Used Siemens NX in production for CAD design on missile systems.
- Demonstrated mechanical analysis on complex systems with documented results
- Experience with GD&T principles applied to designs in production.
- Managed test activities with documented outcomes in a relevant field.
Nice to Haves:
- Master’s in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
- Hands-on mechanical integration experience in aerospace projects.
- Experience with advanced structural design software tools.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in technical contexts.
- 3-15 years of experience in mechanical engineering roles.
Disqualifiers:
- No experience with missile systems or aerospace engineering
- Only academic experience with no production context.
Security/Clearance: Secret clearance preferred.
