Senior Spatial Designer

Our team is comprised of creatives, strategists, producers, designers, project managers, influencer managers, filmmakers, volunteers, activists, ballplayers, hypebeasts, social media moguls, runners, mixologists, party promoters, hip-hop elitists, show-bingers, hot-take havers, vintage t-shirt collectors, natural wine connoisseurs, fitness fanatics, pet parents, plant parents, human parents, and general good time havers.

Clients include Hennessey, Nike, Jordan, Spotify, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Amazon, Timberland, Oakley, Footlocker, Chime, Fanatics, Bleacher Report, Uninterrupted, and more.

The Senior Spatial Designer will be expected to oversee a multitude of tasks; including,

but not limited to:

• Build accurate 3D models of spaces to visualize creative direction, builds, and consumer journeys
• Create photorealistic renders of physical spaces to sell in concepts and get client approvals
• Develop moodboards with reference imagery to depict creative direction of a space
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, strategists, producers, and account leads to ensure the highest quality deliverables
• Present spatial direction to clients on pitches and working sessions
• Work directly with vendor partners to explore material options, troubleshoot build issues, and approve solutions
• Conducting research and gathering insights to both support and inform all creative concepts.
• Effectively communicating between all parties ensuring accurate, detailed information is delivered.
• Displaying excellent time management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects at any given time.
• Stay connected to industry events, trends, and technologies to continually push the team's spatial design output
  
  

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:

• 4-7 years of professional design experience within an agency environment.
• Thorough knowledge of 3D spatial software including Sketchup, V-Ray, Enscape, Blender
• Experience with designing spaces for consumer events and activations
• Passionate about experiential marketing
• Confident and knowledgeable presentation skills
• Proactive communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent file organization
  
  

The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 per year. This position is also eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.

Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
