Position Summary: The Senior Coordinator, Talent Acquisition will assist our growing organization with recruiting efforts for all offices and teams. This role will assist with the tactical duties required to successfully complete a recruitment cycle. The candidate must have great interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role will be based in Excel’s New York office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Posts open positions on our applicant tracking system (ATS) and job boards, internal and external communications.
- Reviews resumes and conducts informational interviews
- Greets candidates for in person interviews, alerting necessary interview participants and booking space as needed.
- Create and extend offer letters
- Pipeline management for divisional needs as well as other areas of the company when asked.
- Help maintain accurate data in the ATS and support day to day recruiting operations
- Contribute to special projects across TA team including process improvement initiatives, talent research and reporting.
- Job description maintenance
- Keeps all recruiting folders organized and up to date
- Provide timely interview status updates to all hiring managers
- Execute background and reference checks
- Meet with hiring teams to discuss role requirements, ideal candidate profiles and interview process.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2-3 years experience of full-cycle recruitment, recruiting coordination and operations
- Proficiency with ATS platforms
- Experience with a high-volume recruitment process
- Must be a problem solver who is able to navigate new projects and assignments;
- Must enjoy project-based assignments;
- Must be able to build relationships, genuine connections and trust both internally and externally;
- Comfortable interacting with senior leaders
- Comfortable juggling multiple interview processes at once
- Must be proactive and possess strong organization and prioritization skills;
- Must have a high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities;
- Must have a client-first mentality and commitment to excellence and continuous improvement;
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to communicate clearly in all the various modes (verbal, written, text, etc.);
- Must have well-developed interpersonal skills and a positive attitude;
