Sales Associate Job Purpose:
As an ambassador for Game-Set-Match, Inc. the Sales Associate greets customers in a friendly and helpful manner. The Sales Associate assists customers in selecting appropriate items throughout the store, including all racquet and paddle sport equipment that we carry. Sales Associates must maintain a professional demeanor.
Sales Associate Job Duties:
- Racquet Stringing
- Use of company Point of Sale system
- Greet and assist customers with selection and purchases
- Answer phones
- Maintain a clean and neat work environment
- Stay informed and educated on string, racquet, paddle, shoe technology.
- Attends team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
- Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards
- Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer concerns.
- Effectively and efficiently communicate with team members and managers.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
Sales Associate Skills and Qualifications:
Strong Communication Skills, Results-Oriented, Sales and Customer Service Skills, Self-Motivated
