• Dive deep into player behavior, platform performance, and market trends across our 18-state operation
• Hunt for patterns that reveal why players love (or leave) our Horseplay experience
• Transform massive datasets into "aha!" moments that drive real business impact
• Build automated reporting solutions in Tableau Cloud that make complex data feel simple

Master the Art of Data Storytelling

• Deliver weekly and monthly insights that go way beyond dashboards—think strategic recommendations that leadership actually acts on
• Translate technical findings into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders

Navigate the Regulatory Gaming Landscape

• Ensure all data practices meet the unique compliance requirements of regulated gaming

What You Bring to the Game

The Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field, preferred
• 5 years as a Business Analyst or similar cross-functional role (bonus points for tech, gaming, or startup experience)
• SQL mastery with advanced dbt cli and Redshift experience
• AI tool proficiency (because we embrace the future of analytics)
• Tableau Cloud expertise for building killer dashboards and automated reports
• Statistical analysis chops (regression, clustering, decision trees—the whole toolkit)
• Excel wizardry for when you need to dive deep into datasets
• Data security knowledge to keep our player information safe and compliant
