Position Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and charismatic Game Masters to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring an immersive and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Game Masters are the heart of our operation, guiding players through their escape room adventure with politeness, kindness, and patience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct player briefings on game storyline, rules, and objectives.
- Monitor games, providing hints as needed, and reset rooms for new groups.
- Deliver exceptional customer service for a positive, memorable experience.
- Ensure guest safety and enjoyment, and engage to enhance their experience.
- Handle transactions and maintain game room and common area cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to different situations.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Prior Game Master experience is preferred but not required.
Work Schedule:
- Flexible, including part-time or full-time positions.
- Requires availability during weekends, nights, and holidays.
