You’ll operate and manage our state-of-the-art gaming trailer from start to finish—handling transportation, setup, customer interaction, troubleshooting, and overall event flow.
If you’re the kind of person who can confidently tow a large trailer, solve problems on the fly, and keep the energy high at an event, we’d love to meet you.

- Safely tow and transport our 32-foot gaming trailer to events throughout Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Verdi, and surrounding areas using a company vehicle
- Confidently maneuver and park the trailer in neighborhoods, parks, schools, and commercial locations
- Set up and break down gaming equipment, consoles, racing simulators, networking equipment, and power systems
- Host events from start to finish and create a fun, organized, high-energy atmosphere
- Assist guests with consoles, game selection, racing simulator rotations, and gameplay questions
- Troubleshoot technical issues involving consoles, controllers, internet connectivity, simulators, and accessories
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure a safe, respectful gaming environment
- Keep events running smoothly and on schedule
- Stay current on popular games and trends across PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch 2, and multiplayer gaming culture
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 5 years of experience towing and maneuvering large trailers
- Strong comfort level driving and parking in residential and event environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for gaming, technology, and interactive entertainment
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving ability
- Reliable, punctual, and highly self-managed
- Comfortable working independently at events
- Ability to lift and move gaming equipment during setup and breakdown
Schedule & Flexibility
We currently host events:
- Fridays after 4 PM
- Saturdays & Sundays between 9 AM–9 PM
As we continue expanding, we’re adding more weekday events for schools, camps, corporate events, and community organizations.
This role is perfect for someone seeking:
- Supplemental income with growth potential
- A fun, people-focused side career
- More hours over time as bookings increase
Schedules are typically finalized 2–3 weeks in advance, so you won’t be expected to remain on-call.

Why You'll Enjoy This Role
- Every event is different
- You get paid to work around gaming and entertainment
- Independent, hands-on work with minimal micromanagement
- Opportunity to be part of a growing local business
Additional Requirements
This position requires a background check, drug screening, and clean driving record due to the use of a company vehicle and interaction with youth-focused events.
