Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Regional Director to oversee Game On Events operations in the Maine/Massachusetts area. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for all tournament-related logistics in the region and ensure seamless execution of all weekend events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility & Field Oversight
- Manage all assigned fields and facilities during tournament weekends
- Ensure fields are in safe and playable condition prior to each game
- Staff Supervision & Training
- Assign field attendants to appropriate locations and tasks
- Confirm all teams and umpires are present and on time for scheduled games
- Game Day Operations
- Maintain knowledge of all tournament rules, formats, and schedules
- Communicate effectively with umpires, trainers, field managers, and facility operators regarding any delays or changes
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and serve as the point person for real-time problem solving
- Equipment & Inventory
- Track and manage inventory of essential tournament supplies that will be onsite: baseballs, radar guns, awards, tents, tables, chairs, apparel, wristbands, and payment devices
- Lodging Coordination
- Assist in coordinating hotel room lists for staff and team accommodations
- Event Promotion
- Support efforts to grow tournament participation in the region

- Ability to network and form relationships in the youth baseball community within the New England region
