Position Overview
We are seeking an upbeat, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our Fort Worth team. In this fast-paced role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key part in ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming clinic experience. This position also includes significant administrative and spreadsheet-based reporting responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who is analytical, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling detailed data tasks.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet patients and manage check-in/check-out procedures
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate clinic calendars
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and deliver exceptional customer service
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, memos, and basic marketing materials
- Assist with social media content, email marketing, and in-office promotions
- Perform heavy spreadsheet work (tracking metrics, updating reports, organizing data in Google Sheets or Excel)
- Order, maintain, and organize office supplies
- Manage patient records, invoices, and filing systems
- Utilize tools such as Google Suite, DocuSign, and Canva for daily tasks
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a front desk, administrative, or assistant role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, data accuracy)
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Canva
- Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, and Google platforms
- Professional and polished appearance
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Reliable transportation
- Successful completion of a background check
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience supporting marketing or social media initiatives
- Familiarity with wellness, medical, or influencer-related industries
Schedule
- Monday, Wednesday & Thursday – Day shift
- Part-Time: Minimum 24 hours per week
