Company Overview
Game Court Services is a specialty construction company dedicated to providing high-quality sports equipment and seating solutions. We’re seeking an Construction Project Manager to support our Project Management team in delivering exceptional results for our clients.
About the Role
Game Court Services installs basketball systems, volleyball systems, bleachers, scoreboards, wall pads, and outdoor sporting equipment for commercial and private clients across Texas. We're hiring a Project Manager to run multiple installation projects at once, from turnover through warranty close-out. This is a pure project-management role — you won't own operations, estimating, or accounting, but you'll work closely with those teams daily.
If you like owning a schedule, solving problems before they become fires, and keeping crews, subs, and GCs aligned toward one deadline, this is your seat.
What You'll Do
- Own multiple installation projects simultaneously, from turnover through the warranty period, keeping every project on budget, on schedule, and in line with client expectations.
- Review and approve contract documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Build and manage project schedules, tracking cost and resource allocation in real time.
- Monitor onsite and offsite work for compliance with building, safety, and quality standards.
- Direct installation crews and subcontractors, keeping labor allocation efficient.
- Select tools, materials, and equipment; track inventory through each installation.
- Run daily progress reviews and produce status reports for internal teams and clients.
- Spot problems early — resolve field issues (site readiness, measurements, material conflicts, drawing markups) before they cost time or money.
- Manage the full project lifecycle in your PM software: Scope, RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, subcontractor tracking, and equipment logs.
- Identify and mitigate project risk across every active job.
- Use project management tools (Monday.com, ComputerEase, Adobe/Bluebeam) to track documentation and compile closeout packages.
- Standard schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, on-site, with occasional on-call/weekend availability during active installs. Reachable for occasional after-hours or weekend calls when crews are actively on-site.
