Role Overview

The Supervisor provides training, coaching, and evaluations for auditors, maintains detailed records, communicates quality standards clearly, approves strike-offs when needed, conducts audits as required, and supports special projects while serving as backup to the Product Integrity Manager.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Supervise and prioritize daily auditor workload and activities
- Conduct and oversee inbound and production audits against Tech Packs and company standards
- Review tech packs and artwork; prepare clear audit reports
- Train, mentor, and develop auditors in quality methodology
- Communicate quality standards and nonconformance findings effectively
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure process compliance
- Foster teamwork, consistency, and a safe, organized work environment
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree in Textiles or equivalent experience preferred
- 5 years relevant quality or garment experience preferred
- Knowledge of garment construction and basic sewing
- Ability to distinguish colors (Munsell test required)
- Strong decision-making, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work overtime and Saturdays during peak periods
