Product Commercialization Coordinator

The Product Commercialization Coordinator helps bring new products and content to market by coordinating launch activities, managing product communications, and supporting market readiness. This role works closely with teams across Commercial, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Gaming Operations to ensure products are ready for release and information is clear, accurate, and delivered on time.

Success in this role requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate product launch activities to support successful and timely market releases.
• Track launch milestones, dependencies, and readiness requirements across multiple projects.
• Create, maintain, and distribute product release communications and launch documentation.
• Ensure product information is accurate, current, and accessible across business systems and enablement tools.
• Support new market entries by coordinating product readiness activities and required documentation.
• Partner with teams across Commercial, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Gaming Operations to support product launches.
• Facilitate discussions that identify risks, resolve issues, and improve launch execution.
• Coordinate testing activities and communicate results, recommendations, and lessons learned.
• Deliver training and product updates that help teams understand launch plans, processes, and product information.
• Support reporting, product status updates, and business requests to help teams make informed decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce launch risk.
• Contribute to day-to-day product lifecycle activities and other responsibilities that support business objectives.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, program support, product launches, business operations, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting product launches, program coordination, or business operations preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and recommend practical solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and functions.
• Interest in gaming products and the gaming industry preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses and regulatory approvals.
