Pay Range
$19.92 - $36.99 per hour
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

What You'll Do
- The Repair Technician performs component-level troubleshooting and repair of electronic and electromechanical components
- Read and understand drawings, prints, and schematics
- Proficiently troubleshoot electrical circuits to the component-level failures, which will include defective ICs (coordinated circuits), resistors, transistors, capacitors, etc.
- Proficiently troubleshoot electrical circuits and mechanisms to component-level failures, which will include motors, relays, limit switches, sensors, power supplies, etc.
- Read and accurately interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, wiring, diagrams, schematics, and drawings
- Provide hands-on/on-the-job training to peers, as needed.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by leadership

- High school diploma or equivalent experience is required
- 1-2 Years of technical experience, including reading/interpreting technical data
- Board repair and assembly/disassembly of mechanical components
- Must know how to use standard test equipment like multimeters, oscilloscopes, frequency generators, and learn specialized tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with AC/DC circuits
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing
- Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills
- Reasoning Abilities: Ability to tackle practical problems and take care of a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Reasoning Abilities: Ability to tackle practical problems and take care of a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram schedule form.
- Proficient in soldering
- Ability to communicate ideas to the business effectively, both in written and verbal forms.
- Sitting at a repair station for long periods.
