Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse
Location: Dallas, TX
Shift: PRN for all shifts
The Highlands Guest Care Center is seeking a full-time or part-time Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team. We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, flexible, and hardworking! This position offers a competitive salary and benefits as well as free uniforms.
Responsibilities:
·Perform assigned tasks in accordance with the Company’s policies, procedures, and federal, state and local, government requirements.
·Provide direct patient care.
·Understand and practice infection control (including prevention, control, and treatment of infections) in all settings where the Company’s Staff has access to these materials or knows of them.
·Accurately record and report the number of patients seen on any given day, the amount of time spent with each patient, the number of patients with each type of infection. This includes recording observations made about patients during treatment that may be informative.
·Maintain patient records as required.
·Prepare and submit reports as required.
·Assist other departments as needed.
Required Skills:
·Knowledge of nursing practices and techniques.
·Ability to think analytically.
·Ability to communicate well with others at all levels of the organization.
·Able to work independently when needed.
Education & Experience:
·Licensed Vocational Nurse (Required) – 3 years (Preferred)
PRN - all shifts - 8 hours
Salary : $28 - $35
