Operations & ERP Coordinator

Gambek Metals is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations & ERP Coordinator to support daily business operations through accurate data management, process coordination, and ERP system administration.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational flow across sales, purchasing, inventory, logistics, and accounting functions. The ideal candidate is dependable, process-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and communication are essential.

• Enter and maintain sales orders, purchase orders, inventory records, and shipment data within PS Data ERP system
• Coordinate communication and information flow between vendors, customers, sales teams, logistics providers, and internal departments 
• Verify accuracy of transactional data and identify discrepancies across orders, inventory, and documentation
• Support coordination between sales, operations, logistics, accounting, and management teams
• Assist with inventory tracking, reporting, and reconciliation efforts
• Monitor order flow and help ensure timely processing and communication across departments
• Maintain organized digital records and documentation
• Generate operational reports and assist with data analysis as needed
• Support continuous improvement of workflows, reporting, and ERP processes
• Assist leadership with special projects and operational initiatives

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn new software systems quickly
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

• ERP system experience (PS Data experience is a plus)
• Experience in operations, logistics, inventory, manufacturing, distribution, or administrative coordination
• Background in metals, manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial industries
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Salary: $48,000 annually with full benefits package
