Duties
Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest and leads.
Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts by identifying potential partners and presenting compelling value propositions.
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and follow-up campaigns.
Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits clearly to clients with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Maintain consistent communication with prospects through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings to nurture relationships and advance sales opportunities.
Conduct in person tours with clientele informing them of all features available to them within the facility
Qualifications
Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on technology or B2B markets.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer data and sales activities.
Knowledge of technical sales processes and business development strategies.
Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
