About the Opportunity
This is not a shadow program. You will work on real projects, with real stakeholders, in a government contracting environment where the stakes are real. By the end of the program, you will present a Capstone deliverable to GAMA-1 leadership - something you built, something that matters, something that reflects what you are capable of.
You will join GAMA-1's Professional Services team and work alongside business analysts, operations specialists, finance professionals, and contract managers who keep the organization running. Your work will directly connect to how GAMA-1 wins, delivers, and sustains government contracts in both remote and on-site work environments.
The program is structured around three phases: learn and orient (Weeks 1-4), contribute and build (Weeks 5-8), and finalize and present (Weeks 9-12). You will have a dedicated supervisor, a structured 30-60-90-day plan, and cross-functional exposure across GAMA-1's business units.
