- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or to promote new services.

- Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively to manage customer information and reports.

Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers positively.
- Experience in sales or cash handling is a plus.
