What You'll Do :
- Maintain and troubleshoot servers, ensuring uptime and data integrity.
- Administer and optimize SQL databases, including backups, recovery, and performance tuning.
- Provide 24 / 7 monitoring and support for production and training environments.
- Deploy software updates, security patches, and manage disaster recovery protocols.
- Plan for future system needs, collaborating with IT leadership.
- Manage system-related projects, upgrades, and data migrations.
- Support specialized applications (e.g., ESO, NextGen EMR, ArcGIS) and develop backend integrations.
- Assist with IT asset deployment, help desk support, and general IT operations.
