What This Role Actually Is

This is a hands-on Lead Cleaner position, not a side gig.

You’ll still clean, but you’ll also:

• Lead by example
• Train and support other cleaners
• Be trusted with keys, codes, and high-value homes
• Help ensure every property is guest-ready, every time

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Cleaning short-term rental homes to a 5-star standard
• Leading and training other cleaners
• Following detailed checklists and property instructions
• Inspecting homes for cleanliness, damage, or issues
• Securing properties properly after each clean
• Communicating clearly with the office when something isn’t right

This is a trust-based role. You will be responsible for other people’s work and other people’s homes.

• Have professional cleaning experience (STR or residential preferred)
• Can lead others calmly and respectfully
• Have reliable transportation and a smartphone
• Are available to work most weekends and holidays

Schedule & Location

• Day shifts
• Full-time
• Travel between local properties (within the Poconos) with pay per mile to cover expenses.
• Weekends and holidays are part of the role
