Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise landscape maintenance projects, including mowing, trimming, fertilizing, and aeration to ensure optimal turf health and appearance
- Oversee landscaping activities such as planting, pruning, mulching, and soil preparation to enhance landscape design and sustainability
- Lead a team of technicians by providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled workforce
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality standards, safety compliance, and progress of ongoing projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations for improvements or maintenance plans
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines to ensure smooth operations and accountability
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care services
- Strong background in horticulture, gardening, or related fields with knowledge of plant health management
- Hands-on experience with landscaping techniques including planting, and pruning
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments and equipment operation
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team coordination
