Must apply through the On-Line Application (filled out completely, with CURRENT information) DOCUMENTS REQUIRED: • Letter of Interest (specific to this position) • Any other certificates or documentation that may show your qualifications for this position KNOWLEDGE OF: - proper cleaning methods, materials, tools, and equipment associated with custodial work; - routine groundskeeping methods and practices; - the safe use and operation of equipment and chemicals used in custodial and groundskeeping work; - proper care and maintenance of custodial and groundskeeping equipment and tools. PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS: - Regularly performs heavy physical labor requiring ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move heavy objects or materials. - Work both inside and outside in a variety of temperatures and weather conditions. - May be required to lift, carry, and move objects up to 100 lbs. with assistance and/or carry any object weighing up to 25 lbs. Current Custodial Substitutes do not need to re-take the test. Must pass the appropriate physical strength evaluation though SIA if hired.
