This is not a front desk job. This is a sales and strategy role inside a small, physician-owned practice in Fort Lauderdale — and your comp is tied directly to the revenue you generate. If that excites you, keep reading.
About Us
We are two physician-owned practices in Fort Lauderdale delivering deeply personal, preventive, and patient-centered care.
Galt Dermatology & Concierge Medicine is our established dermatology and concierge internal medicine practice—recently voted one of the top dermatology clinics in South Florida by the Sun Sentinel (2026). We deliver both medical dermatology and cosmetic services on a direct-pay, cash-pay model that puts the patient relationship first.
Enya Health is our specialized division focused on perimenopause and menopause care—supporting women through one of the most important and underserved health transitions of their lives with high-touch hormone and lifestyle medicine.
Together, we are building the next chapter: a scalable hormone replacement therapy (HRT) program alongside a growing cash-pay dermatology and cosmetic service line. We need a growth-minded coordinator to help us build it—someone who doesn’t just execute a playbook, but helps write it.
About the Role
You will own patient growth across both practices—converting HRT inquiries into long-term patients, growing cash-pay medical and cosmetic dermatology revenue, and developing the programs and sales strategies to hit your targets. You are the bridge between our clinical team and every prospective patient who reaches out, and you are expected to think like a business builder, not just a task-doer.
Because we are a small team, you will also work closely alongside our physicians and staff in the daily rhythm of the practice. When a patient needs to be checked in, a phone needs to be answered, or intake paperwork needs to move—you step in. This is not your primary role, but it is part of the culture. Everyone here supports the operation, and your strong base pay reflects that expectation.
We will give you the tools, the CRM (Go High Level), and the clinical team. You bring the drive, the ideas, and the follow-through.
What You Own
- Converting HRT and hormone therapy inquiries into enrolled, long-term patients
- Growing cash-pay medical dermatology and cosmetic revenue month over month
- Closing cosmetic consultations—you are the last touchpoint before a patient commits, and you own that conversion
- Developing and proposing sales programs, patient packages, and growth strategies—not just executing what you’re told
- Managing and nurturing leads in Go High Level—calls, texts, emails, DMs, structured follow-up
- Maximizing show rates and minimizing cancellations through proactive outreach
- Recommending and selling retail skincare products aligned with treatment plans
- Keeping the CRM clean, updated, and fully documented at all times
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to all HRT, medical derm, and cosmetic inquiries across phone, web, and social channels
- Educate patients on HRT, cash-pay dermatology, and cosmetic options in plain, confident language
- Run structured follow-up sequences to fill the schedule and reduce no-shows
- Present treatment plans and pricing; handle questions, hesitations, and objections with empathy and clarity
- Identify gaps in patient conversion and propose new programs, bundles, or outreach strategies to close them
- Coordinate with clinical staff on scheduling, treatment readiness, and patient onboarding
- Track and report on your key performance metrics weekly
Team Support – Small Team, Shared Responsibility
We are a small, tight-knit practice. While your primary focus is growth and revenue, you are part of a clinical team that depends on every person stepping up when the day demands it. This means:
- Checking in patients and covering the front desk when staff is occupied or out
- Answering phones when the team is busy with patients
- Assisting with patient intake paperwork to keep the flow moving
- Handling walk-in or call-in patient questions that fall outside of sales—because every patient interaction shapes their experience with us
This is not the majority of your time, and it is not your primary role. But we do not believe in the “that’s not my job” mentality. Your strong base pay reflects the expectation that you contribute to the operation, not just your pipeline. The best growth coordinators understand that every patient touchpoint—even a check-in or a phone call—is a chance to build trust and create opportunity.
Compensation
Base pay: $25/hour (~$52K/year)
Performance bonuses tied to:
- Each new HRT patient who enrolls and renews
- Monthly growth in cash-pay dermatology and cosmetic revenue versus baseline
- Commission on retail skincare products you sell
- Additional bonus for consistently driving growth across multiple channels simultaneously
Realistic total compensation: $75K–$110K per year depending on performance
Full performance bonus details are shared during the offer stage. The structure rewards patient outcomes, revenue growth, and retention—not just activity.
Who Thrives Here
You are the right fit if:
- You want your income tied directly to your impact—not your tenure
- You don’t wait to be told what to sell—you spot the opportunity and bring the plan
- You enjoy talking to patients and helping them make clear, confident health decisions
- You are organized, consistent, and borderline obsessive about follow-up and CRM hygiene
- You are comfortable discussing money, pricing, and value in a healthcare setting
- You bring energy, initiative, and ideas—not just task completion
- You understand that in a small practice, “not my job” doesn’t exist—and you see that as a feature, not a flaw

Requirements
- 2 years in a sales, patient coordination, or revenue-generating role (medical, med spa, pharma, luxury retail, or similar backgrounds considered)
- Demonstrated track record of growing revenue or converting leads—bring your numbers
- Experience developing or proposing sales strategies, not just running someone else’s playbook
- Excellent verbal and written communication; warm, professional, and confident
- Comfort with CRM systems and structured follow-up workflows
- Willingness to learn clinical concepts (HRT, medical dermatology, cosmetics) quickly and communicate them clearly
- Must be available to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL
