This role is equal parts strategist, operator, analyst, and innovator. You'll partner closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Merchandising, Technology, Analytics, and Finance to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and scale the business. If you're passionate about using data, technology, AI, and customer insights to drive growth, keep reading.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the growth strategy

  • Develop and lead the overall Growth Marketing strategy and roadmap across the portfolio of brands.

  • Build integrated plans spanning customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.

  • Establish annual and quarterly growth priorities, channel strategies, investment plans, and performance targets.

  • Translate company and e-commerce objectives into actionable growth marketing initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities to accelerate growth through new channels, technologies, partnerships, audiences, and customer experiences.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, testing, optimization, and continuous learning.

Drive customer acquisition

  • Lead paid media strategy across Search, Social, Display, Video, Affiliate, and emerging acquisition channels.

  • Partner with the Paid Media team to establish channel strategies, testing roadmaps, and performance goals.

  • Optimize channel investments and allocate budget toward the highest-return opportunities.

  • Evaluate agency and vendor partnerships and determine the right mix of internal and external capabilities.

  • Ensure strong campaign execution, measurement, and performance management across all acquisition efforts.

Grow customer engagement and retention

  • Oversee Email, SMS, lifecycle marketing, and customer retention strategies.

  • Develop programs that increase customer engagement, repeat purchase behavior, customer lifetime value, and revenue.

  • Ensure promotional, triggered, and lifecycle communications work together to create a seamless customer journey.

  • Drive personalization, segmentation, automation, and customer-centric marketing initiatives.

  • Connect acquisition and retention strategies to maximize long-term customer value.

Lead organic growth

  • Oversee SEO, AEO, GEO, content strategy, local search, and organic product discovery initiatives.

  • Partner with E-commerce, Technology, and Content teams to improve site structure, discoverability, and organic traffic.

  • Identify opportunities to align paid, organic, content, and lifecycle marketing strategies.

  • Stay ahead of evolving search behavior and emerging discovery platforms.

Improve conversion and customer experience

  • Partner with E-commerce, UX, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to improve the end-to-end customer journey.

  • Establish a comprehensive testing roadmap across creative, offers, audiences, landing pages, customer experiences, and site optimization efforts.

  • Use customer insights and performance data to identify friction points and growth opportunities.

  • Ensure growth marketing learnings influence broader customer experience and merchandising decisions.

Measure performance and drive insights

  • Establish measurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting standards across Growth Marketing.

  • Oversee performance reporting across acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer value metrics.

  • Partner with Analytics and Finance to evaluate attribution, incrementality, marketing efficiency, profitability, and ROI.

  • Use data to inform strategic decisions and future investment opportunities.

  • Translate complex performance results into clear, actionable recommendations for executive leadership.

Lead AI and marketing innovation

  • Champion the adoption of AI tools and technologies across Growth Marketing.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, personalization, decision-making, and performance through AI.

  • Develop an AI roadmap spanning media, CRM, content, analytics, creative, and marketing operations.

  • Encourage experimentation while ensuring tools and processes are scalable and measurable.

  • Stay ahead of changes in consumer behavior, digital commerce, advertising, and search driven by emerging technologies.

Partner across the business

  • Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, E-commerce, Merchandising, Creative, Technology, Analytics, and Finance teams.

  • Align growth marketing initiatives with promotional calendars, product launches, and business priorities.

  • Bring customer insights and performance data into broader business planning discussions.

  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior marketing and e-commerce leadership.

Build and lead a high-performing team

  • Lead, coach, develop, and mentor a high-performing Growth Marketing organization.

  • Establish clear responsibilities, goals, performance expectations, and development plans.

  • Build the capabilities, processes, and structure required to scale growth.

  • Develop talent and create opportunities for team members to expand their expertise across emerging marketing disciplines.

  • Foster a culture that balances strategic leadership with operational excellence and execution.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level influence skills.

Strong plus

  • You've worked on lean teams where strategic thinking and hands-on execution are equally important.
