GALLS is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Experience team as temporary, full-time Seasonal Customer Experience Representatives.
Seasonal employment will begin in early November 2026 and continue through early January 2027. We are offering a minimum of 30 hours per week, with various shift options available to make scheduling easier during the busy holiday season.

What You’ll Do
As a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative, you will serve as a front-line resource for our customers, assisting primarily through phone and email. You’ll work to understand each customer’s needs and provide accurate, friendly, and efficient solutions.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email.
- Assist customers with placing orders, checking order status, invoices, credits, returns, and other order-related questions.
- Listen to customer needs and provide clear, accurate information both verbally and in writing.
- Help customers find available products and pricing so they can make informed purchasing decisions.
- Recommend additional products when appropriate based on the customer’s needs.
- Accurately enter and document order information, including pricing, discounts, shipping addresses, item numbers, quantities, and special instructions.
- Strive for positive one-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions for tracking and reporting.
- Assist with escalated customer situations by gathering and providing thorough, accurate information.
- Understand current website promotions and special sales to help customers take advantage of available offers.
- Assist with replacement orders and resolve issues involving shortages, incorrect merchandise, shipment delays, and other order concerns.
- Use problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to assist with freight costs, warranties, pricing, returns, delayed shipments, and product concerns.
- Follow required identification verification procedures for restricted merchandise.
We’re looking for individuals who enjoy helping customers and can stay positive and organized in a fast-paced environment.
- 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred, with call center experience a plus.
- Strong customer service mindset with a desire to put the customer first.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to listen, identify customer needs, and provide effective solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Comfortable working with computers, internet-based programs, knowledge bases, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced holiday environment.
- Ability to work at least 30 hours per week during the seasonal employment period.
