Job Summary: ensures items, orders and systems meet established quality standards by conducting audits, identifying non-conformances, and recommending improvements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
- Examines and compares merchandise with specifications on the order ticket once personalization has been completed to verify the order has been completed properly before forwarding to Shipping to be packed.
- Attention to detail, ability to read and interpret order tickets and a strong desire for quality a must.
- Assists department with achieving inaccuracy goal of less than 2%.
- Develops and maintains daily, weekly and other reports related to Production quality.
- Communicates with Supervisor on problems and needs.
- Develops and relays improvements to Supervisor.
- Promotes teamwork.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Able to use a PC.
- Ability to lift and move 25lb totes regularly throughout shift
- Must be able to stand for 8-10hrs a shift
Education/Training/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED; or six months related experience and/or training in the field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
