Pensacola, Florida law office is seeking an associate attorney with 3-7 years of insurance defense litigation experience. This position requires taking depositions, attending hearings, writing client reports and completing discovery. Practice area experience in premises liability, construction defect, personal injury, workers’ compensation and first-party insurance claims is required. Experience keeping track of billable hours preferred.
