- Coordinate vendor management activities, including contracts, change orders, and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
- Organize filing systems, maintain records, and ensure compliance with document retention policies.
- Assist in scheduling for company projects or training sessions, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to keep the workspace fully equipped.
