A Taste of What You'll Do
Join GALLO as a Market Development Manager – On Premise Wine & Spirits and play a hands-on role growing our brands in bars, restaurants, hotels and on-premise partners. In this role you’ll spend most of your time working shoulder-to-shoulder with distributor teams to execute monthly programs, close distribution gaps, and deliver targeted points of distribution. You’ll use market and product performance data, competitive pricing insight and distributor deal knowledge to spot opportunities and issues, making timely, strategic decisions that maximize sales and brand presence across high-opportunity accounts.
You’ll coach, train and motivate distributor reps and district managers, leading local activations, crew drives and kickoffs to ensure consistent execution and strong relationships at every level of the on-premise channel. Managing your time strategically, you’ll prioritize accounts and partners that drive the greatest impact, pivoting between motivating, supporting, and selling as needed. You’ll leverage tools like Account 360 and digital assets to monitor performance, identify exceptions and guide actions, while partnering with Commerce Marketing and cross-functional teams to localize materials and consumer engagement initiatives.
We value intrapreneurship, ownership and an inclusive approach—bringing curiosity, bold thinking and accountability to everything you do. You’ll represent GALLO in the community by hosting events and supporting digital and in-market commercialization efforts, while responsibly managing expenses and following quality, environmental and safety guidelines. If you’re a collaborative, data-informed field leader who thrives on driving results through others and building strong distributor and account relationships, we’d love to hear from you. GALLO is an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusion and diversity across our workforce.
