Gallo Car Wash is a fast-growing car wash dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in a clean, friendly, and team-oriented environment. We’re looking for a motivated and responsible Shift Supervisor to help lead day-to-day operations and support our growing team.
Job Summary
As a Shift Supervisor, you will supervise team members during your assigned shift, ensure smooth daily operations, uphold safety and service standards, and serve as the primary point of contact for on-site issues. This is a hands-on leadership role, and while previous supervisory experience is required, car wash experience is not—we provide full training.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations during scheduled shifts
- Lead, motivate, and support team members
- Ensure all safety procedures and quality standards are followed
- Train and mentor new employees
- Open and/or close the facility as scheduled
- Monitor equipment performance and report issues
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve on-site concerns
- Assist with washing, drying, and detailing vehicles when needed
- Complete basic administrative tasks, including shift logs and cash handling
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
- Car wash experience not required (training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
