Job Summary
The General Manager oversees all aspects of car wash operations, including staff management, customer service, maintenance, inventory, and overall site performance. This role is ideal for someone who excels in leadership, problem-solving, and creating a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, schedule, and supervise team members to maintain high performance and excellent customer service
- Ensure daily operations run safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards
- Monitor wash quality and equipment performance; coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and create a welcoming environment
- Track inventory and order supplies, chemicals, and parts when needed
- Execute promotional programs and uphold brand standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant site at all times
- Analyze site performance metrics and implement improvements
Qualifications
- Previous leadership or management experience (car wash or automotive industry preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication, coaching, and customer service skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment troubleshooting
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities

Pay: $55,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
