Job Overview
We are seeking a Skilled and Detail-Oriented Woodworking/Cabinet Builder to join our small business. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise finish carpentry in building and installation work across commercial and residential projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications. This position requires you to be able to travel to our shop location regularly, as well as jobsites for installation when needed. There will be an interview process.
Responsibilities
- Build, finish, and install products.
- Interpret Architectural plans and/or Shop Drawings to ensure accurate building and installation of products.
- Use power tools and large woodworking machines.
- Travel to jobsites for install and punchwork when needed.
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for building and installation.
- Follow safety protocols related to power tool use, construction site and shop safety, and proper handling of materials.
- Have Good Communication Skills with other company members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintaining a schedule and open communication.
- Keeping a clean and tidy workspace.

Requirements
- High-level Experience in Finish Carpentry and Millwork.
- Experience with building and Installing Cabinetry.
- Proficiency with power tools for woodworking (drills, sanders, nail guns).
- Knowledge and Experience with large woodworking machines (Table Saw, Band Saw, Shaper, Planer,etc).
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Reliable Transportation and a Valid Driver's License.
- 2-3 years of Shop experience.
Preferences
(Not Required, but preferred)
- Possessing your own power tools for installs.
- Knowledge in stains, laminate, solid surface, etc.
- Spray and Finishing experience.
- Knowledge on CNC machine programs.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
