Comfort with commuting to our Collier Township office and a drivers license is necessary.
Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year

Requirements
Licensing: Desire and commitment to obtain a property and casualty insurance license promptly after hire if not already acquired.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance customer service is preferred but will train.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and empathy.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
Technical Skill: Familiarity with agency management software preferred. Proficiency with other industry-related tools expected (eg Microsoft Office).
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing environments and work both independently as needed and within a team setting.
Motivation: strong self-drive and initiative to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Customer interaction: Engage with clients to provide excellent personalized service and address inquiries regarding personal line insurance offerings
Claims Assistance: Assist clients with directing them in the claims process and facilitating to ensure efficient and effective resolution.
Policy management: Oversee policy renewals and ensure accurate customer profiles and policy information in the management system.
Problem solving: Resolve customer issues by coordinating with relevant team members and offering pathways to a solution to meet the customers' needs and expectations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, comments and actions taken.
Product Knowledge: Continuously updating knowledge on insurance products, policies, terms and changes in industry standards with a goal of obtaining an insurance license within 90 days of hire.
