We are currently seeking a dependable and hands-on full-time Maintenance Supervisor to support our Plant Director in maintaining our beautiful campus, which includes Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing.
Pay Range: $25–$28 per hour (based on experience)

About The Role
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our community remains safe, functional, and welcoming. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily maintenance operations and team oversight
- Performing general repairs and preventative maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Supporting a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Minimum of 2 years of general maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, HVAC preferred)
- Supervisory experience (3 years preferred)
- Knowledge of life safety systems is a plus
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and lead by example
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
- Must successfully pass a background check
