Clinical Reimbursement RN/ LPN

Job Summary:

Gallaway Health and Rehab, a leading provider of healthcare services, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Reimbursement RN to join our team. As a Clinical Reimbursement RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient reimbursement processes, while providing exceptional patient care and support to our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough medical record reviews to identify missing or incorrect information, and ensure accurate coding and billing practices
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate billing of services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with payers, including insurance companies and government agencies
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to optimize reimbursement processes and improve patient outcomes
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Provide exceptional patient care and support to the healthcare team
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Tennessee
• 2 years of experience in clinical reimbursement or related field
• Strong understanding of medical coding and billing practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
