What You’ll Do:
- Process and manage weekly payroll for all employees with precision
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain and update payroll records and employee information
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to streamline payroll procedures and improve reporting
- Prepare and file payroll tax reports and assist with audits as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in payroll software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to accuracy
- Experienced with Reynolds & Reynolds a plus
- Minimum of 3 years prior payroll experience required
